\/><\/p>\n<p>\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5a92\u4f53\u5e7f\u544a\u603b\u5c40\u6267\u884c\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u793e\u4f1a\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5373\u901a\u8fc7\u5f15\u8d77\u5c45\u6c11\u3001\u7279\u522b\u662f\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u7684\u9605\u8bfb\u5174\u8da3\u6765\u57f9\u517b\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u9053\u5fb7\u89c2\u5ff5\u3002\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5a92\u4f53\u5e7f\u544a\u603b\u5c40\u8d44\u52a9\u4e00\u5207\u4ecb\u7ecd\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u6587\u5316\u548c\u79d1\u5b66\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u51fa\u7248\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u63a8\u8350\u4fdd\u62a4\u56fd\u5bb6\u6587\u5316\u9057\u4ea7\u3001\u7ee7\u627f\u56fd\u5bb6\u4f18\u79c0\u6587\u5316\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u65b0\u4e66.<\/p>\n<p>\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u51fa\u7248\u89c4\u5212\u81ea1993\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u5b9e\u884c. \u8fd9\u662f\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5a92\u4f53\u5e7f\u544a\u603b\u5c40\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u793e\u4f1a\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u4ece1993\u5e74\u8d77\uff0c900\u591a\u79cd\u65b0\u7248\u56fe\u4e66\u6309\u7167\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u51fa\u7248\u89c4\u5212\u83b7\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u8d44\u52a9\u3002\u6309\u7167\u672c\u89c4\u5212\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u670915\u4e07\u518c\u65b0\u4e66\u88ab\u9001\u5230\u57ce\u5e02\u5b66\u6821\u548c\u516c\u5171\u56fe\u4f7f\u9986\u3002\u4ece1999\u5e74\u8d77\uff0c\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u51fa\u7248\u89c4\u5212\u5728200\u591a\u4e2a\u5168\u56fd\u6027\u3001\u5730\u533a\u6027\u4e66\u5c55\u548c\u56fd\u9645\u56fe\u4e66\u5c55\u89c8\u4f1a\u4e3e\u884c\u5c55\u89c8.<\/p>\n<p>\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u6700\u91cd\u89c6\u8d44\u52a9\u4e0d\u4ee5\u8d62\u5229\u4e3a\u76ee\u7684\u51fa\u7248\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u8fd9\u6b21\u5c55\u51fa\u7684\u65b0\u4e66\u90fd\u662f\u4e0e\u9053\u5fb7\u6709\u5173\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u6027\u4e66\u7c4d\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u5386\u53f2\u4e66\u7c4d\u3001\u7231\u56fd\u4e3b\u4e49\u4e66\u7c4d\u3001\u513f\u7ae5\u6587\u5b66\u3001\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u6587\u5b66\u3001\u4ecb\u7ecd\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5386\u53f2\u548c\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u4e66\u7c4d\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ecb\u7ecd\u56fd\u5bb6\u5386\u53f2\u7684\u82f1\u52c7\u5927\u4e8b\u548c\u6770\u51fa\u4eba\u7269\u7684\u4e66\u7c4d.<\/p>\n<p>\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u51fa\u7248\u89c4\u5212\u5185\u51fa\u7248\u7684\u56fe\u4e66\u4e3b\u8981\u6709:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5386\u53f2\u548c\u540d\u80dc\u53e4\u8ff9\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5bf9\u6587\u5b66\u3001\u7f8e\u672f\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\u827a\u672f\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u5f53\u4eca\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\uff1a\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u4eba\uff0c\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u4e8b\u5b9e\u548c\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff1b\u6e38\u89c8\u56fe\uff0c\u57ce\u5e02\u56fe\u96c6\uff0c\u767e\u79d1\u5168\u4e66\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u540d\u4eba\u4f20\u8bb0\uff0c\u5173\u4e8e\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u7684\u56de\u5fc6\u5f55\uff0c\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u6709\u540d\u5bb6\u65cf\u7684\u5386\u53f2\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u5728\u7eaa\u5ff5\u65e5\u51fa\u7248\u7684\u56fe\u4e66\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u5173\u4f1f\u5927\u536b\u56fd\u6218\u4e89\u7684\uff0c\u4fdd\u536b\u7956\u56fd\u7684\u4e66\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u4ecb\u7ecd\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u751f\u6d3b\u548c\u5386\u53f2\u7684\u5b97\u6559\u6559\u80b2\u6587\u5b66\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u5c11\u5e74\u513f\u7ae5\u6587\u5b66\uff1b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u6709\u51e0\u5341\u90e8\u88ab\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5a92\u4f53\u5e7f\u544a\u603b\u5c40\u63a8\u8350\u7684\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u51fa\u7248\u89c4\u5212\u51fa\u7248\u4e66\u7c4d\u83b7\u5f97\u201c\u5e74\u5ea6\u6700\u4f73\u56fe\u4e66\u5956\u201d\u3001\u201c\u7956\u56fd\u5956\u201d\uff08\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u8054\u90a6\u65b0\u95fb\u51fa\u7248\u4e0e\u5927\u4f17\u4f20\u5a92\u7f72\uff09\u548c\u201c\u5f53\u5e74\u6700\u4f18\u79c0\u56fe\u4e66\u5956\u201d (\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u51fa\u7248\u5546\u534f\u4f1a).<\/p>\n<p>An important area of the social policy of the Moscow City Government, implemented by the Department of Mass Media and Advertising of the City of Moscow, is the formation of a system of moral and spiritual values through the development of interest in reading and particularly reading books, especially among young people. Department provides grants and grants for publishing and information projects dedicated to the city of Moscow, representing the diversity of cultural, scientific and social life of the capital and contributing to the preservation of national heritage, the continuation of the best traditions and to ensure the continuity of generations.<\/p>\n<p>The Publishing Program of the Moscow City Government exists since 1993. This is one of the most significant and socially important projects of the Department of Mass Media and Advertising. More than 900 titles were published since 1993 with the support of the city budget. Every year about 150 thousand copies of books published in the framework of the Program are sent to schools and city public libraries. Since 1999 the Publishing Program of the Moscow City Government has been presented at more than 200 national, international and regional book fairs.<\/p>\n<p>Supporting book publishing activities, the Moscow City Government in the first place pays attention to the publication of the books, which does not pursue the issue solely commercial purposes. The exhibited publications main goal is spiritual and moral. That is why it is a historical, patriotic, fiction for children and youth, books and multimedia products of the hometown, books of the heroic events in the life of the country, about exploits and achievements of its best representatives, and the entire nation.<\/p>\n<p>The Publishing Program of the Moscow City Government defines the following themes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The history of Moscow, historical and memorable places of the capital;<\/li>\n<li>Moscow in literature, art and architecture;<\/li>\n<li>Modern Moscow: people, facts and events; guides, books, albums and encyclopedias;<\/li>\n<li>The life of the famous Muscovites, recollections about Moscow and the fate of the famous Moscow dynasties;<\/li>\n<li>Publications to the anniversaries and memorable dates and events, including the military-patriotic literature, related to the events of the Great Patriotic War of 1941\u20141945, other periods of manifestation of valor in the defense of the motherland;.<\/li>\n<li>Religious and educational literature in the life and history of Moscow;<\/li>\n<li>Publications for children and adolescents, literature for family reading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In recent years, dozens of books were issued under the Publishing Program of the Moscow City Government. Some books, that were recommended by the Department of Mass Media and Advertising for the annual competitions \u201cBook of the Year\u201d and \u201cLittle Homeland\u201d, conducted by the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications, become laureates and diploma winners.
