Festival regulations<\/strong><\/p>\nThe international \u201cMoscow meets Friends\u201d festival will take place from 29 May to 9 June 2017.<\/p>\n
Festival Organizers:<\/strong>
\nThe Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Fund with the direct participation of the Moscow government and Moscow Department of Culture, with support from the administration of the President of Russia, the Russian Federation Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Russian Federation Ministry of Culture, the UN, UNESCO and other agencies and organizations.
\nProminent politicians, public figures, scientists, and cultural and art representatives make up the Organizing Committee for the festival.<\/p>\nExpected Results:<\/strong><\/p>\nAt least 20 thousand people will possibly attend the concerts and other events of the festival, and at least 10 million people will see media broadcasts and read publications about it. The festival should have a substantial impact on public opinion in favor of developing and promoting philanthropy. The festival will attract attention to talented youths and impact the spiritual revival of the nation.
\nThe exhibit for the paintings of young artists will be in the Svetlanov and Chamber halls of the Moscow International House of Music.<\/p>\n
Financing:<\/strong>
\nFinancing for festival participants will come from funds allocated for the festival as follows: travel from the airport (train station) to the hotel, from the hotel to the event and back to the hotel; accommodations at the hotel.<\/p>\nAccommodations:<\/strong>
\nThe Festival Organizing Committee will provide accommodations for each participant and for one accompanying person for a group of up to 10 people only while they\u2019re participating at the festival, from the day they arrive in Moscow \u2014 but no earlier than their scheduled arrival to the festival \u2014 and no later than 12:00 on the day after the event. For those handled in advance, festival organizers will assist in booking hotel rooms for additional attendants.<\/p>\nAccompanist:<\/strong>
\nParticipants will only perform with their own accompanist. All expenses connected with accommodating accompanist at the festival will be paid for by festival participants. As a rare exception, the Organizing Committee can provide for a participant an accompanist upon request in advance.<\/p>\nParticipant Categories:<\/strong>

\nEnsembles (2-3 people and 1 accompanying) and artistic groups (12 people and 2 accompanying) arriving in Moscow and returning at their own expense (or at the expense of the parties\/organizations who are sending them to the festival), and the Organizing Committee will pay for accommodations, food and internal transport).<\/p>\nSpecializations:<\/strong>
\nInstruments, vocalists, chorus, dance groups; artists and circus representatives.<\/p>\nA number of conditions must be met to participate in the festival:<\/strong><\/p>\nSend the following materials to the Festival Organizing Committee\u00a0by 1 March 2017:<\/strong><\/p>\nFill out an application form for a participant or group at spivakov.ru, or send it directly to the V. Spivakov International Charitable Fund. One application is filled out for an entire group. You can either post a video (up to 15 min.) on YouTube and provide a link to it on the e-application at the spivakov.ru, or send a video disk directly to the Fund. The recording can be no older than 6 months from the date sent. Materials are not returned. Provide a digital photo of the participant (the file must include the first and last name of the participant, with a resolution of 300 dpi; appropriate size for 9\u00d713 and 10\u00d715 prints).
