1.Title: International Youth Nuclear Dialogue \u2013 Beijing, September 13, 2026 \u2013 Event Agenda Released<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What real obstacles do young people face when entering the nuclear industry? Issues such as compensation structures, promotion mechanisms, industry perception, international opportunities, and gender diversity have long been discussed only informally. On September 13, 2026, the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing will host the \u201cInternational Youth Nuclear Dialogue \u2013 China Youth Nuclear Dialogue\u201d \u2013 a workshop style event to systematically map these challenges and co design actionable solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co initiated by Impact Team 2050, this Dialogue aims to bring a youth perspective to the COP31 \u201cNuclear Energy Day\u201d youth agenda. The main output will be the \u201cRecommendations for Enhancing the Attractiveness of China\u2019s Nuclear Industry to Young Talent\u201d ; selected proposals will be incorporated into both the Recommendations and the China chapter of the COP31 \u201cNuclear Energy Day\u201d youth agenda, and submitted to the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event will be conducted in Chinese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
