Англоязычный онлайн курс «20th Century Mass-Housing RE3» предоставит вам возможность, опираясь на яркие примеры русского авангарда, познакомиться с историей архитектурного градостроительного развития Москвы в век экспериментов.
This course gives a wide overview of the architectural solution of the residential development in Moscow of the 20th century. Following an introduction to the history of architecture and urban development in Moscow during the century of experiments will be surveyed with special reference to the works of Russian Avantgarde.
Участники курса смогут исследовать московское городское пространство, изучить ключевые препятствия и возможности развития, специфичные для современного мегаполиса. Онлайн-курс сочетает в себе теоретические лекционные занятия и практическую проектную работу в малых группах. В рамках проекта участники улучшат свои навыки визуального представления проектов, пространственного анализа, и навыки публичных выступлений.
Students will gain the opportunity to explore Moscow urban fabric and study key problems and opportunities specific to modern metropolis. This course will combine theoretical studies delivered through lectures and online practical and fieldwork experience in the urban environment in Moscow heading to producing own or small team design project. Students will improve their visual representation skills, spatial analysis proficiencies as well as public presentation competency.

После успешного завершения летнего онлайн-курса: участники получат удостоверение о повышении квалификации с присвоением 4 зачетных единиц (кредитов ECTS). Язык обучения – английский.
Academic results: Participants will be awarded with 4 ECTS credits upon successful completion of the Online Summer School. Program is fully taught in English.

Tutors: doctorate holders and senior lecturers from departments of Architecture and Urban Planning, and senior lecturer from Russian and foreign languages departments. All tutors are fluent in English.
