State Academic University for the Humanities (GAUGN) under the aegis of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) invites application for the one semester-long intensive course in Russian studies and welcomes scholars as well as students and young researchers.

The program Intensive course in Russian Studies welcomes intellectually curious students who seek to understand the historical and contemporary Russia and the former Soviet Union. The ability to use Russian language, as well as the knowledge of Russian gives you direct access to a fascinating cultural and historical tradition and brings you closer to one of the world’s most dynamic geopolitical regions.

Государственный академический университет гуманитарных наук (ГАУГН) ведет работу по объединению на базе Российской академии наук молодых зарубежных ученых и студентов, специализирующихся в сфере русистики.

С этой целью в зимнем семестре 2021 года ГАУГН запускает программу для иностранных студентов «Intensive course in Russian Studies – 2021»

Обучение будет проводиться как в очном, так и в дистанционном форматах, рабочий язык – английский.

Программа является междисциплинарной, ориентирована на студентов гуманитарных дисциплин – историков, лингвистов, филологов, политологов, экономистов, культурологов. 

В рамках программы студенты смогут сочетать изучение русского языка со знакомством с культурно-историческими и социальными особенностями России.

Отличительной особенностью программы является то, что помимо теоретических занятий предусмотрена практическая часть, включающая подготовку научно-исследовательского проекта, под руководством преподавателей из Российской академии наук.
